DSA Swim School takes pride in having Coach Jordan at the helm of our team of committed instructors. Boasting more than a decade of experience in teaching swimming to children, Jordan infuses each lesson with his extensive knowledge and proficiency. His enthusiasm for water safety and dedication to fostering an enjoyable and encouraging learning atmosphere render him an ideal mentor for your child's aquatic adventures.   • What are your business hours?

    We are open for lessons on the weekdays between 7AM-8PM, and on weekends between 8AM-12PM during the Summer and 8AM-3PM during all other seasons. Lesson Schedules are subject to instructor availability. 

  • Do we have to be a member of the DuPont Country Club to get lessons?

    No, we allow for both members and non-members of the Club to take lessons here. Members of DCC do receive a special rate for lessons held at the DSA Swim School.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    We do not offer refunds for group lessons. Make-up passes for future lessons can be applied to your account for private lessons cancelled at least 24 hours prior to a private appointment.  

  • Do you offer a Competitive Swim Team Program?

    Yes, Diamond State Aquatics (DSA) is our year-round USA Swimming competitive team. Find more information via the DSA Swim Team page on the website


    DuPont Country Club Members may particiapte in our Summer Recreational Swim Team. Practices typically begin the first week of June each year. 

  • What makes the DSA Swim School different from other programs?

    We have a progressive curriculum that starts from Parent & Me classes and goes all the way up through competitive swim team and Masters for adult swimmers. We have a dedicated site for our lessons and have certified instructors and coaches to provide the best experience for your swimmer.



  • What is the difference between a Tier 1 Instructor and a Tier 2 Instructor?

    Our Tier 1 Instructors are in their first few years of teaching/coaching and may still be working toward obtaining certification(s) or other specialized training. 


    Our Tier 2 Instructors are very experienced, hold certification(s) for teaching/coaching and/or have specialized training/experience to work with special populations. 

  • What is the weather cancellation policy?

    DSA Swim School Lessons will be cancelled due to weather under the following circumstances: 


    • Thunder/Lightning is heard/seen by staff onsite and/or our Lightning Alarm goes off. The pool is able to reopen 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder or strike of lightning. 
    • Intense wind or rain that would prevent the lifeguards from seeing the bottom of the pool. 
    • Tornado Warning or other extreme weather warning. 
    • The air temperature drops below 25 degrees. 

    Certain Programs like ISR Lessons have program restrictions regarding air and water temperatures. Contact your instructor for more details.

    Our Fitness Center Front Desk and Instructors will do their best to contact parents regarding cancellations with as much notice as possible prior to the lesson start time. 


    We try our best to send Push Notifications through the DSA Mobile App, send out emails, and make phone calls as quickly as time allows.
