Back-to-School Boot Camp is a NEW intensive version of our Little Fish, Big Fish, and
Pre-Competitive Group Lessons.
Keep your child’s swimming momentum going through the end of the Summer and into the School Year! Level descriptions are listed below to assist you in determining what level to sign your child up for.
Session 1: August 3 - 14
Session 2: August 17 - 28
Session 3: September 8 - September 18*
Session 4: September 21 - October 2
- 45-minute lessons*
- 10 lessons/session
- 2-week sessions
- Monday through Friday
- $350/session
*Lesson times may be adjusted up to 55 minutes due to weather or Labor Day cancellations

Back-to-school
Little Fish bootcamp
Ages 3 - 5 years
Little Fish Level 1
Participants will focus on the skills necessary to enter the water from the edge, submerge and resurface to float on their back, then swim on their back to an exit point.
Little Fish Level 2
Participants will reinforce the skills covered in Little Fish Level 1 and begin to add the skills required to roll from their back to their front, take front crawl/freestyle arm strokes, roll to their back to rest and breathe, then roll to their front to continue swimming toward an exit point.
Little Fish Level 3
Participants will reinforce the skills covered in Little Fish Level 2 and begin to add rotary breathing skills to improve their front crawl/freestyle swimming stroke as well as beginning to refine their back crawl/backstroke arm movements.
Back-to-school
Big Fish bootcamp
Ages 6-10 years
Big Fish Level 1
Participants will focus on the skills necessary to enter the water from the edge, submerge and resurface to float on their back, then swim on their back to an exit point.
Big Fish Level 2
Participants will reinforce the skills covered in Little Fish Level 1 and begin to add the skills required to roll from their back to their front, take front crawl/freestyle arm strokes, roll to their back to rest and breathe, then roll to their front to continue swimming toward an exit point.
Big Fish Level 3
Participants will reinforce the skills covered in Little Fish Level 2 and begin to add rotary breathing skills to improve their front crawl/freestyle swimming stroke as well as beginning to refine their back crawl/backstroke arm movements. Big Fish Level 3 participants will also work on stroke efficiency and swimming endurance.
Pre-Competitive Bootcamp
Ages 5 - 14 years
These clinic-style lessons will build off the skills learned in Little Fish Level 3 or Big Fish Level 3. Swimmers work on improving stroke mechanics for front crawl/freestyle and back crawl/backstroke then begin learning breaststroke and butterfly skills. Near the end of the session, coaches will work with swimmers on skills necessary for racing starts and turns.
Swimmers must be able to swim:
- 25 yards/meters freestyle
- 25 yards/meters backstroke
